The holidays are a great time to get together, share some good food and some fun. Having a couple of holiday games to play can really get the party going or liven things up when they start to flag. Silly Holiday Party Games For Adults

When you get together with neighbors and friends who are looking for a fun and different night out then why not start the party off with a rousing game of "Frosty the Toilet paper Snowman." All you have to do is divide the guests up into teams of three, hand each a roll of toilet paper or two and let two members of each team cover the third member in white from head to toe to create a toilet paper snowman.

Another great game is reindeer antlers. Divide into two or more teams and hand each team a pair of panty hose and a bag of small balloons. The object is to blow up enough balloons to stuff the legs of the panty hose and then put the antlers on a team members head to signal a winner. These are a few fun and easy Christmas activities for adults.

Children's Christmas Party Games

There are tons of kids holiday games, but two favorites are Pin the star on the Christmas tree, a holiday version of the old pin the tail on the donkey game.

A Dozen Reindeer is played by choosing 12 or more things with a reindeer or other Christmas theme and hiding them all around. The kids then go and look for the items and the child who finds the most wins. You can hide, ornaments, pens and pencils, cups, stickers, jewelry, whatever you would like that has the theme on it.

Great Family Holiday games

A couple of great family holiday party games is Christmas Pictionary or a rousing Scavenger hunt. Christmas Pictionary is actually a game you can buy and to make it easier for all the guests to view, you can use a dry erase board and markers.

For a family scavenger hunt simply divide the family into teams of two and send them to look for winter or Christmas items. A fun twist on this old treasure hunt is a photo scavenger hunt in which you have team members take pictures of one another completing different holiday tasks. You can then design a Christmas slide show for every one to enjoy.

Office Christmas Party Games

A really terrific way to get the office or work staff into the holiday mood is with the Christmas story game. Set a price of $5.00 or under and have everyone purchase a joke Christmas gift and wrap it nicely. You then form a circle and read 'The night before Christmas'. Every time the word "the" is read you pass the gift you are holding to the right. When the story ends you open the gift you are holding.
