What's a Mii? And How Does it Work with a Wii?
A Mii is an avatar (a digital character of yourself) for games like
Wii Sports
and Wii Music. If you are going to play some Wii party games everyone is going to need one.
The great thing about this is that having your friends design their Miis can be a game in itself! You can change the head, hair, eyes, nose, eyebrows, mouth and tons of other things. Spending time making some odd looking characters is quite entertaining. Some of my friends don't use a Mii that looks like them at all. They use design Miis that look like celebrities or fictional characters. Imagine playing a game of Wii Tennis with a character that looks like Chewbaca. Just make sure to make good ones...or you could use this opportunity for more laughs.
How to Transfer Miis to a Friend's Wii.
The first way is to go to the Mii Channel and then look on the right side for the Wiimote button. Press it and then select your Miis and place them in the slots. Then take your Wiimote to your friends house, open up the Channel, click on the same button and drop off your Mii.The second way to transfer Miis is to first register with your friend (swap your Wii numbers - click on the envelope on the main menu and then click on address book). After that, go to the Mii Channel and click on the smiley face on the envelope, select your friend and the Mii you want to transfer. That's it! Print These Party Games To Get the Party Rolling
