The object of the game is to communicate with your partner the exact arrangement of things on your tray and guide him/her to replicate said arrangement. Let's assume that you have four pairs in the game. You will need eight Christmas trays and an assortment of 15-20 Christmas-related items, two of each kind. Examples include napkins, small trees, lights, gift tags and nativity characters, just as long as there is two of each kind for each pair. However, one tray will have the ornaments arranged in very specific ways, in which you can be as wacky and as complicated as you want. The other tray will have the same number and kinds of ornaments albeit stacked in a heap, which we will call the "disarranged" tray. You should ensure that each of the "arranged" trays has a different arrangement than the other 3 trays. Now, let the pair sit on chairs with their backs to each other, each pair holding their assigned "arranged" and "disarranged" trays. The game begins when the person with the "arranged" tray communicates with his partner how to place the items in his "disarranged" tray so as to replicate the former. You must set a time limit to this game to put pressure on the players. The pair with the trays appearing the most similar wins this craziest of communicator office Christmas party games. Of course, you must have judges who will impartially vote on the matter. Blow Your Candle For the people in the office who take pride in their sense of direction, you can make them join this game. Basically, it is an adult variation on the popular hit-the-piñata game although the object of the game is to blow out a Christmas candle. As many people as possible can participate in this game as indeed it can be quite difficult to blow on something that you cannot see, much less know if it is actually in your path. To start the game, you should place a Christmas candle in the middle of a small candle placed in a clear area. Now, tell the participant to stand about 2 feet away from the Christmas candle with his back to it. Place a secure blindfold on his eyes and instruct him to take 3 steps forward, turn around 3 times, take 4 steps towards the candle and then blow on it. Of course, the fun lies in the fact that the person will be so disoriented that he will be blowing far away from the candle! The game ends when someone actually does blow on the candle, or the one nearest to it, even if it is not extinguished. With these office Christmas party games, you will indeed have set the jovial tone of the party where colleagues and bosses can have fun as friends.
