Valentines Day is the day when lovers are more romantic, more amorous. Well, it is also the day when adults can be silly, naughty and crazy albeit in good ways, thanks to Valentines Day party games. Here then is a rundown of the games that you and your adult friends can play during the day of hearts.

Kissing Game

Remember the times in high school and college when you paid to kiss the hottest girl or guy in school? You can bring back those fun times but this time, you will be kissing the hottest guy or girl in your life now - your spouse or your partner.

The main rule of the game is simple - whoever leaves the most number of lipstick marks on his/her partner wins! It need not be the woman kissing the man as they can exchange places just to mix up the rules a little.

Tie around the Neck

Remember also the day when you got engaged or married and you felt like a noose was closing in on your neck but you dispelled it anyway? Well, this game will bring back that doomed feeling but in a fun kind of way.

The rules of this most hilarious of Valentines Day party games are simple, too, but not so easy to do. The male partner must tie a handkerchief around his female partner with just one hand. You may toe the other hand to the back if that is what will make the game more fun.

Roll the Ball

This is one game where intimacy between partners is a given considering the physical contact required. The male partner must roll a ping-pong ball the female's arm to the other arm using only the face. After the male has finished the task, the female will roll down the same ping-pong ball from the male's waist down the trouser legs and into his foot, all while using only her face.

Of course, you must take care not to drop the ball lest you start from the very beginning. You can also enforce rules like if the partner drops the ball for the third time, both are disqualified from the game.

Paper Dance

And who could forget the most common and yet one of the funniest Valentines Day party games ever invented? The paper dance tests the partners' ingenuity in fitting into a single sheet of paper no matter the bodyweight and size of each other. Plus, it makes for some great public displays of affection without being too gross.

As may of you know, it is played by folding a newspaper into ever smaller piece until the partners are virtually standing on their toes. Of course, the couple who managed to hang on to their piece of the paper are the winners. It sort of makes you think of marriage, too.

Now, all you need to worry about are the food and drinks, decorations and venue as well as invitations now that you have Valentines Day party games lined up. Just remember to keep your party romantic and fun because you surely would not want the children to think that their parents are gross.
