Wii Internet Connection Setup

Here's how to set up your Wii internet connection!

Once you're on the home screen click on Wii options on the bottom left. Then click on Wii settings, then the arrow on the right. After that you want to select connection settings.

The next screen gives you two options...wireless or wired connection. For a wired connection you will need to the purchase the Wii LAN Adapter. If you are able to use a wire I recommend it over the wireless. It is much more stable and faster.

If you have a wired connection just press the bottom button and the Wii will test your connection.

If you selected wireless you'll get another screen where you want to click search for an access point. Once it is done scanning select your wireless connection and the Wii will test the connection.

Now, if you want to browse the internet you'll need to get the Opera browser. You have to purchase it for $5.00 in the Wii Shop Channel. For the unlimited fun to be found on the internet it is well worth the price!

Now you can play games like the Helicopter Game and Line Rider.
